It should be the college degree in a field you love the most, or a degree in the field you are interested in achieving.

College Degrees and Salary

If money is your goal, then a college degree in business or pre-professional science careers may be right for you. There are plenty of websites that allow you to browse the average salary for each field of study. Be aware, though, that most of these degrees are difficult, take a lot of hard-earned study time for good grades, and they are highly competitive areas for graduate school. Money should never be your main focus for college degrees.

Finding the degree that keeps you interested in a field where you excel, gives you the benefit of career satisfaction that will keep you motivated to earn the grades throughout your academic career.
